Legislative Committee: Led by Dudley Benoit of Walker & Dunlop, this committee holds one-hour calls on the third Tuesday of each month to provide legislative and regulatory updates and ways for members to get involved in advocacy.
Marketing and Communications Committee: Led by Paula Prahl of Dominium Development and Acquisition, LLC and Stacie Nekus of KeyBank, this committee holds periodic calls to brainstorm ideas and advise on communications initiatives to raise up the Housing Credit.
Membership and Finance Committee: Led by Nancy Amstadt of RBC Capital Markets and Ronne Thielen of R4 Capital, this committee holds periodic committee calls to discuss ideas to recruit new members and further engage current members.
Insurance Working Group: The AHTCC convenes an insurance working group made up of industry leaders aiming to shed light on the issue and help address its impact on affordable housing production. While the AHTCC’s advocacy efforts remain focused on expanding and strengthening the Housing Credit at a time when the need is greater than ever, the impact of rising insurance costs on our members and industry partners is acute.
State Tax Credit Working Group: The AHTCC state tax credit working group convenes periodically to develop a recommended practices and considerations document to inform states implementing state tax credits.
CRA Working Group: The AHTCC CRA working group convenes periodically to discuss the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulations.
Please note that there are other committees that may convene as needed.
You may add an unlimited number of employees to receive AHTCC communications and join AHTCC committees. To add more employees, please send their contact information to selia.koss@taxcreditcoalition.org.
